Positioning Systems within 5 years (April 2013) will be a national consulting firm billing $3.0 Million, serving small to mid-sized businesses and managers who are interested in improved performance in their business and personal freedom to enjoy their lives, helping them to fully develop and achieve their full potential. Positioning Systems will work with these business owners and managers to develop systems, process and structure that follow a structured disciplined approach that guarantees success.

 
Positioning Systems will exemplify the highest ideals of Good to Great and the Rockefeller Habits [Gazelles] approach, updating and including the latest best practices and thought leaders of the day. Systems will be in place for every function in our business that is repeated and will be orchestrated and integrated with each process within the business. Each system will be innovated and acted upon on a regular basis to make sure our business is consistently on the cutting edge.
 
          Positioning Systems will present the highest quality in appearance of our people; in our business presentation and in the dedicated, caring, encouraging, supportive approach we prepare and administer our consultations. Providing a comfortable support system, we will actively engage our clients, helping them to see how they can passionately become what they truly desire. By constantly reinforcing a positive outlook, expecting only the best we will help our clients see and exact the clear realization of their visions.
         
          Positioning Systems will employ sixteen employees.   Product development and ala carte services will provide 20% of the businesses revenue.   Net profit margin will exceed 20 % with a growth rate of 25% annually. Positioning Systems will have two locations in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and Phoenix, Arizona, but employees will be national in scope with coaches working from their home offices.
 
          Two elements will distinguish Positioning Systems from its competitors. First a sincere, genuine interest in our clients growth and awareness will always be our first and foremost goal, whether that means they use our service or not. Our intention is to help our clients always become the fulfillment of their dreams and their full potential. Second, our dedication to providing non-profit organizations services to help them provide for others and grow their influence with these skills as well as the managers who run them. Contribution will always be the first focus or our business and personal development attention.
